Sahar Farooqi
Sahar is a Barrister and Transformation Officer, spearheading change through culture, innovation and inclusion.
Sahar Farooqi Co-founded and led the advocacy business of an international law firm for around seven years with Jonathan Robinshaw before they joined DAC Beachcroft as Partners in 2021. He is now the Transformation Officer at global offshore law firm, Harneys.
As a barrister and law firm partner, and for over a decade, he has developed a particular specialism in international commercial dispute resolution and has acted for Governments, UHNWIs, airlines, insurers and energy companies. This means he understands the pressures and realities of corporate clients and businesses as well as possessing a polished set of communication and advocacy skills, which he puts into practice through his EDI work.
