Lynne Squires
Lynne Squires, Director of Membership at CILEX, has been a dedicated advocate for the legal profession since beginning her career in 1996 at a specialist insolvency practice in Cardiff.
Joining CILEX in 1998, Lynne balanced full-time work and family life while completing her CILEX qualification part-time, embodying the resilience and determination she now champions in members.
Over the past two decades, Lynne has played a pivotal role in delivering expert advice and support to members, employers and training providers. Her work has focused on career development, best practice and the value of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within the profession.
She is immensely proud to have been part of the positive transformations within CILEX, helping to expand opportunities for members across all levels. Now, as Director of Membership, Lynne is eager to continue building on this momentum, working to ensure members can thrive in their careers and take full advantage of the exciting opportunities ahead.
