Anita is a highly experienced Learning and Development Consultant partnering with organisations across Europe to enhance their people development strategies. We are also fortunate to have Anita working with our CILEX team providing them with opportunities to excel in their roles and achieve their career aspirations. You may have signed up for one of the many workshops Anita delivers to our members on subjects ranging from Imposter Syndrome to Menopause in the Workplace.
Anita has worked with Insight Discovery - a psychometric profiling tool - throughout her career and has seen the benefits it offers, both for individuals on their development journey's but also from a team and organisation wide perspective.
