Mary Prior KC was called to the Bar in 1990 and appointed King's Counsel in 2017. Mary is the Head f 36 Crime at the 36 Group and currently serves as the Chair of the Criminal Bar Association. Her practice encompasses high-profile cases involving murder, organised crime, terrorism and serious sexual offences. She's an enormously skilled advocate and renowned for her ability to handle complex cases and for her empathetic approach to vulnerable clients. Mary has received accolades such as 'Women of the Year 202' at the Women in Law Awards and is recognised as a Tier One Leading Silk by the Legal Directories.
