There are three business awards. The individual word count for each award submission is 2,000 words.

This award is open to any paralegal business that can clearly demonstrate how they have performed and exceeded client expectation and can prove how they excel as a leading paralegal business.

Demonstrates a commitment to quality and excellence.
Demonstrates an exceptional level of technical knowledge and expertise in their field.
Demonstrates the ability to constantly exceed client needs and aspirations; their professional performance; standing out against their peers and competitors; commitment to excellent customer service.
Demonstrates excellent business acumen and awareness - delivering results aligned to the organisations strategy and objectives.
Demonstrates commitment to the profession through but not limited to; support for professional body membership, regulation and promoting the paralegal sector.

Best Law Firm - Paralegal Development of the Year	Criteria
This award will be presented to the firm who can clearly demonstrate exceptional commitment to the training and development of paralegal. The successful law firm will be able to show that they encourage diversity and inspire personal and professional development of their paralegals, which in turn provides exceptional customer service to their clients.	Demonstrates a commitment to providing innovative, up t o date and effective training programmes for paralegals either in-house or externally. Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining excellent standards for its paralegals. Demonstrates a commitment to an inclusive career development path for paralegals. Demonstrates an awareness of the contribution paralegals make to the firm.

Demonstrates the ability to constantly exceed client needs and aspirations. Demonstrates excellent business acumen/awareness - delivering results aligned to organisation strategy and objectives. Demonstrates innovation and exceptional levels of technical knowledge in their field.
